All services are delivered online, including the receipt of uploaded files and delivery of transcripts, captions, or related materials. Services are intended for individuals or organizations seeking accurate, professional transcription and captioning for their own content.

You retain full ownership of your uploaded materials, but you give permission for me to process those materials solely for your requested services. No client materials will be shared with third parties without your consent.

All payments are due in advance via Stripe unless otherwise agreed upon. Your package details are outlined on the Programs page. Prices may be changed periodically and will be clearly stated before booking.

My transcription and captioning services do not provide therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice, nor do I guarantee any particular results from using these services. The documents delivered are based solely on the content provided by you. If the quality of your recordings impacts the transcripts, I will notify you and discuss possible solutions.

All client materials and communications are kept confidential. No files are used for training or promotional purposes without express permission.
